En termes de propriété intellectuelle et de données personnelles, nous nous engageons personnellement et veillons à ne collaborer qu’avec des Partenaires s’engageant eux même à : 

  • Respecter les règles de propriété intellectuelle applicables localement ainsi que les droits des tiers ;
  • Respecter l’ensemble des conventions et législations locales relatives aux dépôts de brevets ;
  • Respecter l’ensemble des conventions et législations locales relatives aux droits d’auteur/marques/dessins et modèles ;
  • Collecter, utiliser et traiter des données personnelles qu’à des fins professionnelles licites, conformément aux lois, règles et règlements en vigueur, en les protégeant contre l’accès, la divulgation, l’acquisition et les usages non autorisés. 

En termes de respect des exigences en matière d’environnement, nous nous engageons personnellement et veillons à ne collaborer qu’avec des Partenaires s’engageant eux même à se conformer à toutes les lois et tous les règlements en vigueur en matière d’environnement et demande en conséquence à ses Partenaires de s’engager avec elle à ne pas nuire à l’environnement. 

En termes de confidentialité, nous nous engageons personnellement et veillons à ne collaborer qu’avec des Partenaires s’engageant eux même à : 

  • Respecter et veiller à faire respecter la confidentialité des relations commerciales entretenues ;
  • Ne pas divulguer d’informations concernant les connaissances, les savoirs-faires et le patrimoine en propriété incorporelle, qu’ils fassent l’objet d’une protection ou non. 

Nous exigeons de nos Partenaires qu’ils s’assurent, dans le cadre de leurs activités commerciales, de la provenance de sources licites des fonds, en se conformant à toutes les lois, règles et règlements applicables au blanchiment d’argent et aux financement du terrorisme. 

Enfin, nous nous engageons à proscrire la corruption sous toutes ses formes y compris l’extorsion de fonds et les pots de vins et à ne collaborer qu’avec des Partenaires assumant le même engagement et agissant avec éthique et intégrité.
